OE Capital är ett värdepappersbolag som är auktoriserat och står under tillsyn av Finansinspektionen sedan 4 maj 2010. Bolaget innehar tillstånd att bedriva värdepappersrörelse i form av:
Investeringsrådgivning till kund avseende finansiella instrument, enligt Lag 2007:528, 2 kap, §1, punkt 5.
Bolaget bedriver sedan februari 2012 även gränsöverskridande verksamhet i Danmark, Finland och Norge utan att inrätta filial. I februari 2014 underrättade bolaget Finansinspektionen om att bolaget även kommer att bedriva gränsöverskridande verksamhet i Luxemburg och i Holland utan att inrätta filial.

Investment advice to clients regarding financial instruments according to the Financial Market Act (2007:528) chapter 2, paragraph 1, item 5.
Since February 2012 the Company also operates in Denmark, Finland and Norway (Information under Article 31 of The Markets in Financial Instruments Directive MiFID) . In February 2014 the Company notified Finansinspektionen that it will operate also in Luxembourg and the Netherlands.
